If you are interested in the chance of having photos, videos, or other media ( of your A/V system with Outlaw Audio gear) featured on our website, social media, or other platforms, you can submit your content to us at UGC@outlawaudio.com
By submitting your photo(s) to us, you agree to the following terms:
- License: You grant Outlaw Audio, LLC ("Outlaw Audio") a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, publish, and display your photo(s) across any media, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and other promotional channels.
- Ownership: You confirm that you own the rights to the photo(s) or have obtained necessary permissions from all third parties depicted, and that the photo(s) do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Attribution: Outlaw Audio may credit you as the creator of the photo(s) in promotional materials but is not required to do so.
- Indemnification: You agree to protect Outlaw Audio, its affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from breaches of these terms.
- No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any form of compensation for your photo(s).
- Modification: Outlaw Audio can alter or end this campaign at any time, but the rights granted will remain in effect.
By submitting your photo(s), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
