What if I cancel an order after it has shipped?
Round-trip shipping will be deducted from your credit. The in-home trial period is for you to actually try the product and experience it in your own listening environment.
Can I use a re-shipper?
Yes; please be aware:
· This is an alternate shipping location and needs to be noted with your credit card.
· The return and warranty period begins when the product is received by the re-shipper.
· You must handle the claims process if the product is damaged in shipping. Outlaw Audio will not handle the claims process if a re-shipper is involved.
How many times can I try a product and then return it?
You can try a product once and return it under the 30 day guarantee.
The second time you try a product and return it, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be out round-trip shipping.
The third time you try a product, it is not returnable and is a final sale.
I'm in Canada and/or Mexico. Duties, taxies, brokerage, etc. are expensive. Will you declare purchased product with a lower value, or falsify the classification (e.g. claim it is a product sample or warranty repair)?
No, this would be breaking the law. We are Outlaws for our direct, non-sugarcoated responses, not for breaking the law.
I will be out of town and need the product delivered at a specific time. How do we make this happen?
Delivery times are never guaranteed. We have no more control over the carrier than any customer. Feel free to email email@example.com asking about rough delivery times, for a given product to your location, so that you may take this into consideration when placing your order.
Do you support modifications?
No. We will not assist you with mods in any way. In addition, if the product is in warranty, removing the cover and/or breaking the warranty seal voids your warranty.
Will you source parts for me?
No. If you are capable of servicing the unit then you are capable of sourcing almost all of the parts in our product(s).
