Alternate Ship to Addresses

If you are requesting that your order be shipped to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, this alternate ship-to address MUST be recorded with your credit card company PRIOR to placing the order. Your order WILL NOT be processed if this address has not been recorded with your credit card company. Please call the toll free number on the back of your card to record this alternate address. This toll-free number must be included in the special instructions box on our order form. Please understand that these steps are necessary in order to protect all of our customers from credit card fraud.

How soon do you ship after an order is received, who is the carrier, and what should I expect for delivery times?

We typically ship all orders within five working days after receipt and clearance of your credit card data. Depending upon the item, and your location, shipping time can range from 1-7 business days. The shipping carrier is also determined by the item being shipped; we use FedEx and USPS.

Do I have to sign for my items?

Yes, because Outlaw Audio is responsible for damage or loss in transit prior to delivery, a signature is required at delivery for all shipments over $100.

Shipping prices outside of the contiguous US

Shopping cart shipping prices are valid in the contiguous United States ONLY. Additional charges such as, brokerage/duty and taxes will apply on all orders shipped OUTSIDE the United States and are the responsibility of the customer. Please add the item to your shopping cart and select shipping quote during check out for pricing on shipping costs to all destinations OUTSIDE the contiguous United States.  For estimates on local brokerage/duty and taxes, please contact FEDEX/Customs directly.

Your shipping charge seems a bit high when compared to other Internet or mail order companies. Why is that?

We believe in telling our customers the straight truth and offering our products on our web site at a fair price that represents a true value. We could have easily raised the price a bit to offer the appearance of "free" shipping, but that goes against the Outlaws' Code. Instead, we thought that our customers would prefer to see the shipping charge separated from the product cost. When comparing the shipping charge to other products typically sold via the Internet or via mail order, remember that the Model 7900 is a very heavy amplifier weighing nearly 150 pounds and the Ultra-X12 Subwoofer weighs over 75 pounds. Thus the shipping charges have to be a bit more than what you are used to seeing for other, lighter products. As we offer other new products, the shipping charges will reflect the weight of each item.

* Note that occasionally we do sell selected products on other online marketplaces that have their own rules and policies about pricing and shipping and their selling guidelines sometimes require that shipping is incorporated into the product price. Unfortunately, compliance in those marketplaces is not optional. As a customer, you are free to buy from us or via our partner marketplaces.

Taxes

All orders shipped to a Massachusetts address will be charged 6.25% Sales Tax.

International shipments

Outlaw Audio will ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Please note, we only sell, warrant, and ship product to Canada and the United States. 

Outlaw's products are heavy. How are they packed to protect them during shipment?

We take special care to make certain that the packing material is strong enough to accommodate the weight of our products. We have also selected freight carriers that have a good reputation for careful handling of cargo.

What happens if there is an error on the website with regards to product pricing?

Despite our best efforts, there may be times that the information on our website regarding a product, its pricing or availability is incorrect. Outlaw Audio does not guarantee that the information on our site is 100% error free.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or discrepancies at our own discretion without notice. In the event that an order is placed containing any error or inaccuracy Outlaw Audio reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order. If an order is cancelled after it has been charged, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.

If you have a promotion, or sale, do you price match?

We only price match for discounts on our products (not shipping). You must contact us and have previously purchased the exact same item within the last 30 days.
